The Tour Operators can not be held liable for any accident, losses or delays caused by changes in our schedule or any other matter. We reserve the right to alter our routes, dates, times, rates or coaches without prior notice.
This applies in particular to our special multilingual sightseeing coaches, which in case of technical failure can not be replaced by another coach offering earphone servcice. In the case of any failure or services (e.g. a Rhine steamer not operating due to high water) or any other matter, the liability of the tour operators will be limited to the sole reimbursement of the services not supplied.

Tours operate with 4 pax minimum. We decline all responsibility in case this information should be given not at all or incorrect. Vouchers, deposits and tickets are not refundable if passengers cancel their tour.
